MARK A. LOWE, D.D.S.
A native of Fresno, California, Dr. Lowe completed his pre-dental training at Stanford University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He went on to the University of California at San Francisco to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery as well as complete his two-year orthodontic residency. He has been Invisalign®-certified since 1999 and is recognized as an Elite Premier Provider as well as a member of the Century Club, an Invisalign®-designated honor recognizing the top 100 offices.
Dr. Lowe has been practicing in Fresno, California since 1991. He is also an orthodontic provider to the Clovis, Madera, Oakhurst, Hanford and Lemoore areas. As well as being a top Invisalign® doctor, he is also a member of the University of California at Fresno Medical Center, where he serves as an orthodontic attendant. He lectures regularly for the general practice residents at UCSF-Fresno, where he enjoys being able to give back to the community by sharing his knowledge and experience. To keep up to date on current technologies, Dr. Lowe attends every Invisalign Clinical Education Program available.
As an orthodontist, Dr. Lowe strives to provide outstanding treatment with exceptional customer service. Everyone in his practice tailors each treatment plan to fit each individual patient’s needs and desires. Services range from interceptive treatment for children to comprehensive care for adolescents and adults.
In his personal time, Dr. Lowe coaches volleyball at the high school, college and professional levels.
ROSS J. MILLER, D.D.S. M.S.
Dr. Miller grew up in Northern and Southern California, attending both Gunn High School in Palo Alto and Marina High School in Huntington Beach. College included UCLA and UC Irvine. Dr. Miller received his dental degree from the University of California at San Francisco. He then practiced dentistry for seven years (5 of it with the Tuolumne Rural Indian Health Clinic) before returning to UCSF for his orthodontic specialty training. He had a private orthodontic practice in Sunnyvale from 1998-2008. Since then he has worked in several orthodontic offices and consulted for a number of start up companies in the Bay Area.
He was the first Cheif Clinical Officer at Align Technology where he was instrumental at bringing Invisalign to the market. He has lectured nationally and internationally, written numerous orthodontic papers and helped author more than twenty-five patients. Dr. Miller consults with Sonitus Medical and RODO Medical. Sonitus Medical manufacturers an intra oral hearing system for Single Sided Deafness and RODO Medical is bringing to the market a high tech dental implant system and denture retention system.
Dr. Miller lives in the South Bay. His hobbies include innovation in dentistry, photography, scuba diving, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Nancy.
Ryan Christensen, D.D.S.
Dr. Christensen attended Fresno State as a President’s Scholar through the Smittcamp Family Honors Program. She double majored in Chemistry and Kinesiology and graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Christensen attended University of California at Los Angeles to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree and continued at UCLA to complete a three-year orthodontic residency and Masters in Oral Biology. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Christensen has a heart for service and has volunteered internationally in Honduras and Tanzania, Africa. While in dental school, she regularly volunteered for Give Kids a Smile and at community dental clinics where she provided preventive and restorative dental services pro bono for children in need. One of her favorite activities is to visit elementary schools to review oral hygiene instruction to classes. In her spare time, Dr. Christensen enjoys playing soccer, running, snowboarding, and reading.
