Mark A. Lowe, D.D.S.
A native of Fresno, California, Dr. Lowe completed his pre-dental training at Stanford University, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He went on to the University of California at San Francisco to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery as well as complete his two-year orthodontic residency. He has been Invisalign®-certified since 1999 and is recognized as a Elite Premier Provider as well as a member of the Century Club, an Invisalign®-designated honor recognizing the top 100 offices.
Dr. Lowe has been practicing in Fresno, California since 1991. He is also an orthodontic provider to the Clovis, Madera, Oakhurst, Hanford and Lemoore areas. As well as being a top Invisalign® doctor, he is also a member of the University of California at Fresno Medical Center, where he serves as an orthodontic attendant. He lectures regularly for the general practice residents at UCSF-Fresno, where he enjoys being able to give back to the community by sharing his knowledge and experience. To keep up to date on current technologies, Dr. Lowe attends every Invisalign Clinical Education Program available.
As an orthodontist, Dr. Lowe strives to provide outstanding treatment with exceptional customer service. Everyone in his practice tailors each treatment plan to fit each individual patient's needs and desires. Services range from interceptive treatment for children to comprehensive care for adolescents and adults.
In his personal time, Dr. Lowe coaches volleyball at the high school, college and professional levels.
Charles L. Quinlan, D.D.S.
Dr. Quinlan was born and raised in Hanford, California, where he attended local schools. He received his undergraduate college education at California State University in Fresno where he received an Artium Baccalaureus in Zoology. To obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, he attended the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After four years of private practice, Dr. Quinlan returned to post-graduate education at The Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City, where he completed his specialty residency in the Division of Orthodontics.
After post-graduate school, Dr. Quinlan returned to Fresno to practice the specialty of Orthodontics and Dento-facial Orthopedics. To help his patients who live in the mountains with the gasoline expense of commuting to Fresno, he opened a satellite office in Oakhurst, California. Dr. Quinlan continues to operate this very enjoyable office to this day.
Dr. Quinlan offers services that include early, adolescent and comprehensive adult treatment. His office gives special emphasis to Invisalign treatment, and each patient’s diagnosis and treatment plan is developed and customized for that individual.
Dr. Quinlan has been active in numerous dental and orthodontic associations during his professional career. He has held elected offices and served on the board of directors several times.
In his spare time away from the office, Dr. Quinlan and his wife enjoy visiting the coast, mountains and attending Fresno State athletic events.
